OPEN 3D MODEL
Adding an extension can often bring along anxiety about whether the product fits with our garden design or the corners of the house. 2D plans do provide an overview, but they don’t display the product as it is in real life. That’s why Statek Wood has come up with a solution to bring the product to your screen.
The product can be viewed from every angle and with all kinds of textiles. It’s also possible to see the dovetail connections and position numbers, which can be used as an installation aid. To ensure peace of mind, measurements can also be taken before proceeding with the work
Errors may occur when opening on the phone!
SELF-ASSEMBLY FULL SOLUTION
- 14 x 14 cm posts, support beams, glulam diagonals. Roof beams 14 x 24 cm. Rafters according to snowload.
- Assembly kit, Including all screws, locks, fasteners and metal H-profile post feet
- Statics & plan drawings free of charge after ordering
- Easy to understand Assembly Instructions, with assisting 3D drawings and position layouts
- Possibility to decorate rafter and diagonal profiles. Glulam archs can be ordered additionally.
- Free delivery within Estonia. The product is delivered approx. 14 days after customer has confirmed technical drawings.
- The glulam structure is covered by a 5-year warranty

- 2-layer painting at the factory - primer and topcoat
- Choice between 3 roof coverings (bitumen shingles, roof tiles, metalsheets). If desired, a cladded ceiling can also be included.
- Possibility to decorate rafter and diagonal profiles. Glulam archs can be ordered additionally.
- Free delivery within Estonia. The product is delivered approx. 14 days after customer has confirmed technical drawings.
- Assembly works with all accessories. Concreting works are not included.
- The glulam structure is covered by a 5-year warranty

Wood is a living material that has found its way in modern construction due to its ecological properties and sustainability. Every carport manufactured at our factory comes with great care and expertise, made from dried spruce. All of our wood is sourced from controlled cultivation.
The external inspections, the continuous internal quality control and the CE identifying marks on the timber are all part of a multi-step, overlapping quality assurance system that ultimately guarantees consistently high quality across all of our timber.
Joint connections
Not all wooden carports are created equal. Some carports are built with different materials, and some have different features that make them stand out from others.
One of the features that can make your carport better is the use of tenon and mortise joints. These joints are a traditional form of woodworking that has been used for centuries. They involve a protruding tenon on one piece of wood that fits into a mortise (a hole) on another piece of wood. The two pieces are then joined together with a locking mechanism, creating a strong and durable joint.
